Placement and Career-Counselling cell
The career counseling and placement cell of our college place a crucial role in bridging the gap between academic learning and professional careers. The cell provides personalized guidance to students regarding various career options based on their interest, skills and academic background. Regular workshops and seminars are conducted to educate students on various career paths, industry trends, and emerging fields. During the last few years, the cell has organized sessions on soft skills communication skills and personality development to prepare students for the professional world. These workshops are conducted with the help of the grant received from the Government, so that students can practice and improve their interview techniques and group discussion skills. The cell also coordinates with various companies and organizations to conduct on-campus recruitment drives, providing students with direct access to job opportunities. The cell has organized Industrial Visit to various industries in and out of state, giving students insights into corporate world. The Skill Development cell has organized training sessions on Industrial- relevant technical skills, certification etc.

Placement drive by ICICI Bank on 25.04.2023 at 10.00 a.m.
- Mobilization of a candidates for expert talk ‘Khwaalshan di Udaan’ on 10.05.2023 with the help of DBEE, Sangrur
- Placement drive by ICICI bank on 18.05.2021, 15 students participated and 6 students were selected and shortlisted for training.

- Training com Placement Program organized by Multi-national Company “Click Labs” for BBA, BCA, B.Com and MA students.
Campus requirement on 08.03.2021 by IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceutical Limited. The students from B. Sc III (Chemistry) participated and 26 students over shortlisted.
Campus placement drive organized on 16.02.2023 by Gurnann IT Service LLP. For the post of data entry operator, 16 students were selected and shortlisted for the post.
Placement Drive conducted in the college by Mahindra and Mahindra Raj Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. on 15/3/2024 for graduate and post-graduate students. 65 students from different streams participated and 25 students were selected for next round of interview. Out of which 8 students were offered appointment letters.
Campus Placement Drive on 26.02.2024 as Technical Trainee for Interaction by IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited. 16 students were selected and shortlisted for the post.

5 days workshop on ‘Make me up’ for girl students on 26.12.2023 to 30.12. 2023 on Skin Care, Hair Care, Self makeup, Nail Art and Hair Style etc.
